About a Park Bank checking:
- A daily balance less than $49 will result in a $7.50 fee per statement cycle
- A debit card application is required upon opening account
- For checking accounts with higher balances, interest bearing accounts may be an option. Ask your Park Bank representative for more details.
Mortgage Payor Checking
This account will allow you to easily and automatically make your mortgage payments for your Park Bank home loan. Park Bank has proudly never sold servicing for any home loan so you will always know where your payments are going and will have easy, local help if you have any questions.
Once your mortgage is paid in full, this account will revert to a personal checking account. A debit card application is required upon opening.
